Data On Cobra Commander
Built for Cobra Commander - The leader and founder of Cobra. His face is almost always obscured either by a hood with only his eyes visible or by a high tech battle helmet with various security features integrated into it this concealment was to hide inhuman disfigurement and to merely to maintain the secret of his civilian identity. He is regarded as the most dangerous man on Earth, because he can draw followers to him. Only Baroness and Destro have seen his face ,

The Cobra Rattller Inspired by the USAF A-10 Thunderbolt II, it originally appeared in 1984 as the primary attack plane of the terrorist organization Cobra. Piloted By Top mercenary's And Famed Ace Cobra pilot codenamed "Wild Weasel"

and was intended as Cobra's answer to the "G.I. Joe Skystriker," (which was itself a virtual copy of the USN F-14 Tomcat -- the Skystriker was designated as an "XP-14F").
As mentioned, the Cobra Rattler was clearly based on the A-10 Thunderbolt II. Primary modifications included moving the A-10's fuselage-mounted engines to the wings (in order to facilitate a VTOL system in which the Rattler's wings pivoted on their axis to redirect engine exhaust downwards),[2] the addition of a third engine, mounted on the back of the plane between the vertical tail stabilizers, and the addition of a dorsal-mounted, manned gun turret.[3]
Although ostensibly remaining a ground-attack aircraft like the A-10, The Rattler was often depicted more as a fighter. This was undoubtedly due in part to the lack of a more appropriate Cobra fighter being produced Until The Plan's for the SR-71 Fell into Cobra Commander's Hands . Rattler pilot "Wild Weasel" and the Skystriker pilot "Ace" Always in Air combat push both Rattller & Skystriker to there limit's Regardless, the plane would become Cobra's primary aircraft throughout most of the Air Battles until The Night Raven Sp3 (SR-71)
The original version of the Cobra Rattler came armed with dorsal-mounted dual machine guns turret, a nose-mounted anti-tank gatling gun, four air-to-air missiles, two large anti-tank bombs, two anti-tank bombs with detachable warheads, and two bomb racks with three bombs each.[4]

The CR-10 MRK II Cobra Rettller II is an Swoboda Two-seat, Three-engine, straight-wing jet aircraft developed by Cobra-Republic-Destro INC in the early 1970s. The CR-10 was designed for a United States Air Force requirement to provide close air support But the FOOLS say NOOO! So I killed the Buyers and walk off with the plan's with one Goal To Rule the World (CAS) for ground forces by attacking tanks, armored vehicles, and other ground targets with a limited air interdiction capability. It is the first U.S. Air Force aircraft designed exclusively for close air support.[3]
The CR-10 was designed around the GAU-8 Avenger, a heavy automatic cannon which forms the aircraft's primary armament. The aircraft's hull incorporates over 1,200 pounds (540 kg) of armor and was designed with survivability as a priority, with protective measures in place which enable the aircraft to continue flying even after taking significant damage.

The Rattller close air support. The CR-10 MRK II is more commonly known by its nickname "THE RAT" or simply "Rat".[4] As a secondary mission, it provides airborne forward air control, guiding other aircraft against ground targets. CR-10s used primarily in this role are designated OA-10.[5] The CR-10 is expected to be replaced in 2028 or later.
