Place Units Tips
All new units enter the game at your factory. You can purchase additional factories to give you more countries to place units.
Keep in mind if you have purchased Economic Centers, you are limited to one per country with a maximum of 2 on your capital. If you have exceeded this limit, you will be refunded 15 I.C at the time you attempt to place the new economin center.
